Russell Roby graduated from the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.  Russell also holds a Graduate Certificate from the University of Maryland, Maryland School of Public Policy and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University.
